Our class created a beautiful teepee village as they begin their Native American unit of study.
They gathered twigs and leaves to add to their teepee village display.
The students researched Native American Indians basic needs and geographical factors
native american art projectas they collaborated to create an Indian village.
The village included facts about teepee features and resources that
the Indians used or created. Students added Native American facts throughout the village.
The students are excited to continue to learn about the roots of our American culture
and engage in future hands on activities to create other Native American cultural symbols.

Students accounts were created and they enjoyed navigating the site on their chrome books

and finding books they have read.

They began taking quizzes on books as well.
